Go for a walk in Cirencester Park, you can grab a coffee near the Cecily Hill park entrance at the small café ("Beano in the Park"). There are both trails and paved walkways where you can explore the parkland.
Stop by KNEAD on Black Jack Street for the most delicious pastries and mouth-watering sausage rolls. There is also a market to visit on certain days and you can walk through the lovely church in the centre of town.
Pub: Stop for a drink at The Fleece
So many things to visit and do in Bath, but here are a few of our favourites....
• Stroll around town (walk to see the Royal Crescent, Somerset Crescent, the Circus, the Paragon, Pulteney Bridge, Great Pulteney Street) - grab a coffee from Mjolk in front of the abbey
• Visit No 1 Royal Crescent Museum (Emily's favourite museum in Bath)
• Visit the Holburne Museum (lovely café out the back along with Bath's old pleasure gardens)
• Go for a walk along the canal (enter from Sydeny Gardens behind the Holburne Museum and go right to head back towards the bottom of town)
• Visit the Roman Baths
• Drinks at Dark Horse, dinner at Beckford, tapas at Pintxo, gelato at Swoon
• Do the Bath Skyline Walk, with lovely views of Bath (total it takes about 3 hours - with hills and can be quite muddy. If you don't want to do the whole thing, you can walk the Bathwick Hills for the views of Bath)
Pubs: The Salamander (Nick's pick), The Pulteney Arms (Emily's pick), Bath Brew House (Albus' pick)
Near by to Bath, a beautiful National Trust property with exquisite gardens ("Remains of the Day" was filmed here).
Great pub outside Bath with amazing views of the Valley. On a sunny day it's lovely to sit outside in the beer garden.
