Welcome drinks will kick off the festivities at 3:30 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Cocktail hour and reception immediately to follow, all located at Mercantile Hall.

Due to limited space, we will not be able to give everyone a plus one. If you are receiving a plus one, they will be named on your invitation by name. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid-free besides those participating in the wedding. We hope that you will enjoy a fun-filled night with us!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means we are asking all guests to put their phones and cameras away and be fully present with us during our ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments, and would appreciate seeing our guests and their faces/reactions in our wedding photos and video, and not on their cell phones. We will share photos as soon as we have them and encourage taking photos during cocktail hour and the reception! Thank you for understanding :)

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be outside in the Urb Garden under a shaded pergola. The cocktail hour will be a combination inside/outside with food inside and bars in both areas. Dinner and dancing will be inside, with both the indoor and outdoor bars remaining open all night.

There will be a formal RSVP card in your invitation. Please fill it out and mail it back. They are due back no later than August 1st, 2025 as this is when all of our final numbers for vendors are due.

Yes, there is street parking available in downtown Burlington as well as a free parking garage located across the street from Mercantile Hall. The parking garage is located at 397 N Dodge St. Burlington, WI 53105

We ask that our guests dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire.
