No transportation provided but there is a large parking lot in front of the venue.

Formal. No white.
ex: dress, dress pants, dress shirt, suit, tux, skirt, etc
What weather should I expect?
It should be cool but, since FL is unpredictable our ceremony and reception will be completely indoor.
Will the wedding/reception be indoors or outdoors?
Indoor
What should I expect after the ceremony?
The newlyweds will be taking photos with their parties and family for an hour. You may find your table and have a drink, as they will be flowing.
How do I RSVP?
Please send your invitation back through mail or you can email emandcass2017@gmail.com as a worst-case scenario. Please RSVP by deadline on the invitation.
Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?
No children other than those in the wedding ceremony.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes, if your invitation specifies your partner. No, if they do not.
I can’t attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?
We unfortunately do not have plans to live stream but will update the Q & A if that changes.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We do not have a hotel block out for guests. The bridal parties will be staying at air bnbs near the Clearwater and Pinellas Park area.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Both areas are accessible however, the reception area is much larger than the ceremony and considerably more accessible because of this.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
A small grazing table and specialty drinks to be decided.

We may not be able to accommodate all requests but will do our best to ensure you aren't celebrating on an empty stomach if allergies etc. are an obstacle.

Yes!

We are registered through The Knot and Amazon. It is all linked in the Registry tab at the top of the page.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #HappilyEversonAfter so we can see them, too!
