Our Story begins at Lucky Table #7...

A blind game of pool at Champs Sports Bar & Grill in the heart of downtown Penn State University is where we met during Art’s Festival Weekend 2018.

We have our own versions of who actually won that game but, we both agree, no one lost that night.

(Legend says, Em’s pool skills are what truly won Matt over).

The conversation flowed effortlessly. We had many connections. We knew the same friends, attending the same parties and even lived in the same apartment complex. Not to mention, our shared love for Yallah Taco — which was always a stop on the way home after a night out

(including this night).

Our paths crossed countless times while at PSU, but never knew each other.

So many ~invisible strings~ linked us together all along.

July 1, 2023 marks the moment when everything came full circle. After a hike to the top of Mount Nittany overlooking all of State College, Matt popped the question! After a puff of her inhaler, Em said, "Definitely yes!"

The past 5+ years have been filled with love and laughter, and we look forward to many more years to come!

We are so excited for August 31, 2024.

So "cue" the music! "Rack" em up! Get ready to celebrate and dance the night away with us!
