When you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP right here on our website no later than Friday, May 20th. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to the vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

We take the safety of our friends and family very seriously, and will be asking for proof of a negative test within 24 hours of the event. We want to celebrate with everyone and want to make sure we can continue celebrating with you all. If you are ill, please inform the bride and groom, and do not attend. We will find another time to celebrate with you!

During the ceremony, we have found two wonderful photographers who have heard our vision and are bringing our memories to life, so we are asking that all phones and cameras are kept away. During the reception, take all the photos you want!

As much as we love all of your little ones, we have decided to keep the wedding adults only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening together. The little ones you will see have been specially chosen to be a part of our ceremony. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list in order to to stay on budget and within venue guidelines. We will only be able to accommodate those whose names are listed on your formal invitation.

The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal or Cocktail. We're looking at a nice summer day at the lake, so make sure you're comfortable. No jeans please! We can't wait to get fancy with all of you!

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over.

We are going to do our best to accommodate everyone's food allergies/preferences. Please communicate any specific needs you require.

Yes! The Holiday Inn Express in East Greenbush, NY. Please book at your earliest convenience using code FAW. The discounted price using the wedding block is only available until May 10th. More information can be found on the Travel Tab.

If you are staying with us at the hotel, there will be shuttles going to and from the wedding venue. Please see sign-in sheet at the hotel for times. If you are driving yourself, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please drive responsibly.

We are having a casual welcome party at the Recovery Sports Grill in East Greenbush the night before our wedding (Saturday, June 10th) from 8-10pm! This will be a cash bar and is completely optional to attend. We can't wait to see you!
