Once upon a time, a girl messaged a boy on Bumble. They met for a drink at River Bar at Assembly Row in Somerville. Then, on a cold Autumn evening, the boy made the girl pot roast that would change their lives forever.

That boy is Charles and that girl is Emily. It was the best pot roast Emily had ever had (don't tell her father, Tom!) And slowly but surely, Charles won Emily over one delicious meal after another.

In January 2023, Charles asked Emily to marry him on a ski trip at Okemo Mountain. Emily said yes and the two secretly snuck off to Las Vegas in March 2023 to sign the papers and make it official. Now, it's time to celebrate with family and friends.
