Q: When and where is the wedding?
A: Our wedding will take place on May 3rd, 2025, at Cornwall Inn. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: For the rehearsal dinner, we kindly request cocktail attire. For the wedding ceremony and reception, semi-formal attire is preferred. Feel free to dress up and bring your dancing shoes—there will be plenty of opportunities to dance the night away!
Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
A: We’ve reserved seating for the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, then yes, we’d love for you to bring them!
Q: Are children invited?
A: We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to have an adult-only ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. You can include this information when you RSVP.
Q: Is there a specific hashtag for the wedding?
A: Yes! Please use #ThePekariks2025 when posting photos on social media. We’d love to see the day through your eyes!
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you find parking and are seated before the procession begins.
Q: Where should I park?
A: If you go past the police station on your left, please pull into the left driveway to the house and park. If you come from the Turnpike, the second right will be the driveway for guests. The small driveway at the back of the house will be for our events and catering parking.
Q: Will transportation be provided between the ceremony and reception?
A: No transportation will be provided since the ceremony and reception will be at the same location.
Q: What if I can’t attend?
A: We’ll miss you! Please RSVP as soon as possible to let us know that you won’t be able to make it.

Q: How do I RSVP?
A: Please RSVP by April 1st, 2025, on our website.
Q: Will there be any activities or events before or after the wedding?
A: There will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres to give everyone time to socialize and enjoy the venue. We’ll set up cornhole and other fun lawn games for you to enjoy. Please explore the property and take advantage of all the amenities while we take our photos and enjoy some time alone. We will return to the party at 6 PM to start dinner.
Q: What will the weather be like?
A: May in Lebanon, PA typically has temperatures between the 60s°F and 70s°F. There may be rain, but we are praying for a beautiful day. We recommend checking the forecast as the date approaches and dressing accordingly.
Q: Is there a hotel room block?
A: Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Lebanon. You can book using the code PekarikWedding25 or mention our wedding when booking. Please reserve your room by March 20th, 2025.
Q: How do I get to the venue from the block hotels?
A: Our venue is located in a small town called Cornwall. We are across the street from a school and share adjoining property with the Cornwall Police Department. When you arrive, please park in the first driveway on the left, which is in front of the house. The far-left driveway will be reserved for DJ and catering parking (Refer to image under Where should I park?).

Q: What should I do if I have accessibility needs?
A: If you or your guest(s) have any accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Our venue has many accessibility features, including wheelchair access and handicap accommodations.
Q: Will there be an open bar?
A: Yes, we will have an open bar while beer and wine supplies last. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you and appreciate your understanding!
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
A: We prefer an unplugged ceremony. At the beginning of the ceremony, we will remind our guests to please refrain from taking photos since we’ve hired a photographer to capture the moment. After the ceremony, we have a surprise for our guests who appreciate both old-fashioned and modern technology.
Q: What should I do if I have a gift for the couple?
A: Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you'd like to bring a physical gift, there will be a gift table at the reception. You can also have gifts sent directly to our home via our registry.
Q: Will there be any speeches or toasts?
A: Yes, we will have a few toasts during dinner, given by our close family and friends. If you'd like to give a toast, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Q: What type of food will be served?
A: We will have a delicious meal catered by Festive Board, featuring a variety of options to suit different tastes. A menu will be available at the reception, and vegetarian/vegan options will be provided.
Q: Will there be dancing?
A: Absolutely! We’ll have a DJ playing music throughout the night, so get ready to hit the dance floor and celebrate with us.
