Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentleman may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Heaters and a firepit are included.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

We love little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to only invite those over the age of 10. We encourage you to take this as a date night!!

We ask that you kindly put you phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share those photos with you!

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 31st, 2024 . We will need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner!

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM! Please arrive 30 minutes prior to ensure nothing is missed!

Yes! There is free parking for all guests.

Unfortunately we will not be providing transportation. We ask that if you do plan to drink that you take an Uber or Lyft to and from the venue or have a designated driver. We will be serving alcohol and we want to make sure everyone gets back safely.

We ask that you please book your accommodations as early as possible! October is a very popular month in Boone as the leaves are changing and the Appalachian State football season is beginning. A list of nearby hotels are located on the website but there are also many Airbnb and VRBO options.
