We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 1st, 2024.

Our wedding will be held at The West Family Lake House located off Lake Jacksonville.

At the venue, there is a long stretch of driveway where guest can park. We ask that all guests park between the road and the gate.

There are a few hotels located in Jacksonville. As of right now we do not have a hotel block, however, we do recommend the Holiday Inn and the Best Western in Jacksonville.

The wedding ceremony will be located outside overlooking Lake Jacksonville. The reception will be located directly next to the ceremony location under a tented area.

For Dinner we will be serving Brisket and Sausage for the entrees with macaroni & cheese and green beens for the sides.

We will be providing beer, wine, and our two signature cocktails.

Due to us having a smaller, more intimate wedding, we kindly ask that only the people addressed on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding.

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We ask that you wear cocktail attire such as a midi length dress for women and a suit or dress shirt and slacks for men. Don’t worry men, no tie needed. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside in a grassy area and the reception will be under a tented area on concrete, please dress accordingly. We would also love for you to join us in dressing in our wedding colors. Our color palette is sage green, hunter green, and light gray.
