Travis and Emily met in May of 2019 at a Topeka bar, and bonded over metal bands. They shared a dance together and kissed for the first time as the last song of the night ended. A week later they had their first date bantering over games of pool. Theyve enjoyed going to metal concerts, spending time with Emilys two kids, watching football, and gaming over their 6 years together. Travis proposed in December 2024 even though half the wedding was previously planned by the both of them in backwards fashion (typical Emily style) for a couple of years before the engagement.
