What is the dress code?

The dress code for the ceremony is spring semi-formal wedding attire. Ball gowns and tuxedos are not required. Instead, dress shirts, dress pants, flowy dresses and skirts will do! However, please refrain from wearing white and/or any form of white/cream/nude, jeans and tee-shirts with logos.

When is the RSVP deadline?

You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation to RSVP before March 24th, 2025.

What happens if I dont RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by March 24th, 2025, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding.

What Happens if I already sent my RSVP checked "Yes" and then cannot make it?

We will be very upset that you are unable to make our special day, however, please let either Greg or Emily know that you are unable to make it.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Can I take pictures?

We ask that you please reserve picture taking from any devices i.e. phones, iPad, camera during the ceremony as we have hired an incredible photographer to take pictures and would love for you to be present in the moment when we say "I do". Feel free to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception. We will have a photo booth and will be utilizing an online photo sharing platform. Feel free to share all your pictures with us!

Can I have a Plus One?

Unfortunately, we can only account for a specific amount of people. When you receive your invitation any plus ones should be indicated on the invitation if allotted by seen on invitation as "first name last name" and "guest" and in that order when sent back so we may account for the guest. If this is not done in a timely manner, we unfortunately will not be able to make any exceptions.

Are kids allowed?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you are able to understand that children are only invited if stated. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited. If only you and your significant other have been invited it will be addressed to "Mrs. and/or Mr. Last Name".

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, stores and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.

Are there travel accomadations?

Please check the 'Travel' tab for travel accommodations. We have recommended select hotels and have transport options as well.

What food will be served?

Mission BBQ will be catering this event. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know so we may tell the cater ahead of this event and plan accordingly.

Will alcohol be served?

We will have a bar available. There will be more details to come regarding this in the upcoming future. Please reach out to Emily or Greg with any additional questions.

May I smoke on the premises?

There will be a designated smoking area. Please do not smoke in the building or outside of the allotted smoking areas. Illicit substances are not permitted. Thank you.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is an absolute gift in itself, however, yes. You will find our registry under the 'Registry' tab of our website. We have a registry with Amazon, Target and Venmo if you are unable to locate you may contact Emily.

Will there be an after party after the wedding reception?

Unfortunately, there will be no 'after party' following the wedding reception. If you would like to have additional time to spend with the bride or groom after or before the wedding, please text or call to make arrangements accordingly as we would love to spend time with our guest.

Can we make a speech?

If you would like to make a speech or say a few thoughtful words about the bride and groom, please let Emily know so it will be planned into the itinerary accordingly.
