Luke & Emily met at Bentley University in the spring of 2014 through mutual friends. After many movie nights and late-night frolfing expeditions, one of their first real dates (off campus) was in Rockport, Massachusetts, where Luke would later propose.
On June 13th, 2014, Emily asked Luke if he wanted to "be official" (#girlpower) and they have been together happily ever after.

After a lovely dinner at the Rockport restaurant My Place by the Sea to celebrate their three-year anniversary, Luke took Emily to Bearskin Neck, got down on one knee, and asked for her hand in marriage.

Best man Will Stameris and groomsman Devon Hill were on-site to take pictures of the proposal (which they didn't end up doing, as they were distracted by a group of girls nearby) and took some photos of the newly-engaged couple.

The happy couple will fly out to the Cayman Islands following their wedding ceremony (& hopefully not get too sunburnt!)

Upon returning to the real world, Emily & Luke will be moving in together somewhere close to Boston. Luke will continue to be a CPA at PwC & Emily will continue her role as a member of the HR team at Sovos.
