Are children allowed to come?

While we love all the little ones, we respectfully ask that this be a child-free wedding. Unfortunately with the venue’s limited capacity, we cannot accommodate our little friends on our wedding day. We hope you all understand!

Will there be on-site parking at the venue?

Yes there is an onsite parking lot the is handicapped accessible on the property for those who are not using the shuttle.

Will I need to travel from the ceremony site to the reception site?

Yes but thankfully it is a short 10 foot walk adjacent to the ceremony location!

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, transportation will be provided for those staying at the hotel through our wedding block. We will be renting out a bus to shuttle everyone from the hotel prior to the ceremony and again later at the end of the night. When invitations are sent and RSVPs are requested, you will be asked if you are going utilize the shuttle at either point in the day. This will ensure we account for all guests and have the proper amount of seats for everyone!

What if I have food allergies/dietary needs?

Our venue caterer has assured us that all foods with potential allergens will be properly secluded and signage will be in place to alert guests. If you have any food allergies, please relay that to us prior to the day of the wedding so that way we all may be prepared. As most of you know, we are off duty on wedding day!

What kind of food will be served?

Our dinner will be served buffet style with options of beef, fish, pasta, broccoli, roasted potatoes, bread rolls, and a winter salad. We are looking into a sweet treat/late night snack for later in the night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, unless specified in your invitation, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding!

What else do I need to know about dress code?

The wedding colors are dusty rose and burgundy, so please try to avoid solid colors of each to allow our wedding party to stand out. Otherwise, wear what makes you feel best!

Do I need to buy a gift?

No need to bring a gift! If you would like to contribute to one of our cash funds, we would really appreciate it—but just having you there means the most to us!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! We will have an open bar throughout the evening
