Emily and Michael met on the first day of middle school where they shared a homeroom and multiple classes together. Michael stole answers to her homework while Emily developed a small crush on him.

Emily moved away the next year and the two would not reconnect until Sophomore year of high school. They shared mutual friends but never really connected.

High school graduation led them on opposite paths. One went to school in Milwaukee while the other started school in Eau Claire.

While visiting two different groups of friends at the University of Minnesota, the soon-to-be couple literally crossed paths on a street in Minneapolis. They took pictures and enjoyed each others company throughout the night.

Summer vacation brought them back to their hometown, where they hung out with each other and a good group of friends every weekend. The relationship blossomed from there.

Emily and Michael made their relationship official that summer but sadly had to return to their respective schools. A long distance relationship began and the two made every effort to visit one another on the weekends.

The long distance came to an end as an unexpected virus forced them back to their hometown. The relationship became undeniable during this time. The event led them out of Wisconsin and into Florida, where they share a home together with two dogs.

Visiting theme parks in Florida was a family tradition for both Emily and Michael at a young age. Living together in Florida is where the two began a mutual love for Disney and visiting Disney World theme parks together.

This story has culminated into our what will be our Wedding Day at Walt Disney World. There is nowhere else where we would want to share our love with family and friends.
