If you're planning on staying overnight there are plenty of hotels in the area! We recommend the Teddington Travelodge or The Park Inn, Teddington as they're around a ten-minute walk to the reception venue. Only a hop, skip and a jump (maybe a stumble) away! There are also plenty of hotels in Twickenham, which is closer to the ceremony space if you prefer. We've popped a few examples on the 'Travel' page.

There are loads of ways to get from York House to Teddington Cricket Club. Our top tip would be to download the Citymapper app if you haven't already. From Twickenham station, it's a 7-min train ride to Teddington and you're then a 10-min walk away. You can also hop on the 33 or 281 bus into Teddington and you'll then be 15/20 mins away by foot. If you're unable to make your own way between places, please let us know and we'll sort this for you!

Unfortunately, we have very limited ceremony space so unless it has been specified with your invitation, no. If you'd like to bring a dancing partner for the evening, however, just let us know!

Think smart casual - ideally not a full tracksuit, but don’t worry no tails. Comfy shoes are a must and there will be a floral theme throughout (a little bit like this website's design) but as long as you're not in a white gown we don't mind! Bright colours would be lovely - just in case the weather is not as bright as we hope.

There's no free parking available at York House, but you can find plenty of pay & display spots nearby. We'd recommend checking the website parkopedia.co.uk for up-to-date availability in the area. In the evening you can park for free at the Cricket Club, but spaces are very limited. If you're staying in Teddington we'd recommend keeping your car parked there - that way you can drink as much as you like!

We'll have a grazing platter/buffet-style meal at around 5 pm after the ceremony. We'll be providing vegetarian and vegan options aplenty so there shouldn't be any worries - if you have severe allergies, please do let us know though.

Please arrive at York House ready for a 3pm ceremony.

Your presence at the wedding is gift enough, so we haven't got a registry. However, if you wish to give a gift we'll gratefully accept a small contribution to our new double-glazed window fund (thrilling we know). If this isn't your cup of tea however and something reminds you of us we'd love that equally!
