When booking: 1. Be sure to start over for each room when you are booking (do not hit the back button) 2. Do not select the non-refundable rate 3. Check your total before you confirm and make sure it says only $1.00, has the promo code attached, and says you have a 24 hour cancellation option. 4. If none of the above is displayed and you see non-refundable anywhere on your booking do not complete and start over 5. If you book the non-refundable rate you will be charged full price immediately and became an outside guest of our wedding group promo. It cannot be fixed. Please do not book that rate and make sure you select the refundable rate for the $1.00 deposit.

Our room promo code block is from 06/04/2025 to 06/11/2025. Guests should start to arrive between 06/04/2025-06/06/2025 to allow you enough time to prepare for our wedding on 06/07/2025. The resort requires that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights. You may stay longer than 3 nights, just make sure you stay within our contracted promo code dates. Please contact Tanisha if you have questions regarding this!

Though we have a promo code for a group rate, we do not have a room block. Booking is from live inventory so book your room as soon as possible to ensure you get the room and dates that you want. The booking window is from now until February 5th, 2025.

The minimum night requirement doesn't apply to us! Call the resort and tell them you have a promo code to use and would like to book less nights.
