Our Wedding

Our story began in the summer of 2024, with a night of dancing and a few friendly and competitive games of volleyball and pickleball. We kept crossing paths at volleyball and pickleball nights, each time getting to know each other a little more. On our first official date we met up for a casual lunch... and it went so well, we continued the date that evening with volleyball, pickleball, and of course ice cream. Not long after, we made things official. Though we spent a little time doing long distance, our families always joked it didn’t really count as we always found ways to visit each other once a month. Those visits quickly became our favorite weekends. In June, Trevor proposed and we celebrated our engagement with our friends and family. Now, we can’t wait to begin this next adventure together.

What is the dress code? The attire is semi-formal. Please dress warmly, as November in the mountains can be chilly — the venue will be heated and ceremony and reception will take place indoors. When should I RSVP? Please RSVP by September 21st, 2025 so we can finalize our plans. You may respond via our wedding website. Are the ceremony and reception at the same location? Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Silverthorne Pavilion, so no need to travel between locations. The ceremony will take place indoors. Can I bring a guest or a plus-one? If your invitation includes a guest's name or a +1, they are more than welcome to attend. What time should we arrive? Please note that our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 2:30 PM to be seated, as we will start on time. What is the weather typically like in November in Silverthorne? November in Silverthorne can be quite cold, especially in the evenings. Please dress accordingly, and consider bringing a coat or wrap for travel to and from the venue. Is there parking available? Yes, there is free parking on-site at the Silverthorne Pavilion for all guests as well as other parking locations within a short walking distance of the venue. We recommend booking accommodations early, as this is a popular area year-round. Can I take photos during your ceremony? We ask that you put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony.
