The group has a 2 night minimum stay at the above rate per room, per night – If you book and stay 1 night the rate will increase to $189.00 plus tax per room. Please make sure to change the date on the website to Saturday, September 28th- Sunday, September 29th if you only need to stay one night.

If it says there are no rooms available/no queen beds available/no king beds available, please call the hotel directly. They are adding 10 rooms at a time, so as the rooms in the block fill up they will add more. People who have booked so far have had issues with the website and have had better luck calling, so I would suggest calling if you experience any problems with the website.

The shuttle will run for an hour, making 2-3 trips from the hotel to the venue. The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:30 PM.

The shuttle will run for an hour after the wedding as well. The first shuttle will leave the venue at 11:00 PM.

If you choose to drive and shuttle back to the hotel after the wedding, the venue has overnight parking but your car must be picked up by 10:00 AM. This would be our suggestion so that you don’t miss the ceremony!
