Programs will be available at arrival.

Cocktail hour starts at 5:00 with the reception to follow at 6:00pm. Guests may take the shuttle from the hotel lobby over to the reception. The shuttle will be available to guests when exiting the reception. Please check under the 'hotel' tab for accommodations. Please note the last day to book in the hotel block of rooms is July 2.
