Dress code for both the ceremony and reception is semi-formal.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate guests specifically listed on your formal invitations.

We politely request that there are no children at the reception. Please join us for an adults-only reception starting at 5:30pm.

We encourage all guests to be unplugged during the ceremony out of respect for the Church and to be present with us in the moment. Our photographer will take plenty of photos that we will share with all of you! Feel free to take as many photos as you would like after the ceremony at the reception.

The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors at the Zoo Carousel, weather permitting. There will be two outdoor pavilions for cocktail hour with space-heaters provided.

Yes! There will be appetizers available during cocktail hour. Dinner will be plated meals which you will choose from on your formal invitations. Drinks will be available all night at the open bar.

Yes! Parking will be available in free lots at both the ceremony and reception. There will be a free shuttle at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to transport guests from the parking lot to the reception venue.

Yes! There will be a shuttle available to and from the hotel and reception venue between set times.

The ceremony should end around 1pm and cocktail hour starts at 5:30pm. Feel free to go back to your room and relax for a little before we get the party started. The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo also offers free admission throughout the entire day to our wedding guests if you wish! Check out our “Things to Do” tab for options that are near the reception venue!

At a venue inside the zoo called Stillwater Place. The free shuttle will transport our guests from the parking lot up to Stillwater Place.
