Shuttle Information If you’ve replied "yes" to using the shuttle, here are the key details: Pick-Up/Drop-Off Location: Four Points by Sheraton 5505 Airport Way, Kelowna, BC V1V 3C3 Departure Time: Please arrive, park, and be ready to board by 2:45 PM. Wait in the hotel lobby or nearby the front entrance. Two shuttles will depart promptly at 2:50 PM. Arrival at Venue: You’ll arrive at 50th Parallel by 3:30 PM, with plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Return Shuttles There will be one shuttle operating return trips to the Four Points at the following times: 9:00 PM 10:00 PM 11:00 PM 12:00 AM (final shuttle)
