The best way to RSVP is through the RSVP tab on our website. At the top of the page, click on the RSVP tab and enter your name. If you're having trouble or have any questions please reach out to Hannah Kruger at (507) 923-7760.

We ask that you please RSVP by Saturday, April 13th, 2024. This will help us an our caterers to adequately account for the number of guests we'll be hosting!

We are not getting hotel room blocks for our wedding weekend. We do have a list of hotels that our venue recommended and are within 20-25 minutes of our venue. They include Fairfield Inn & Suites, Courtyard by Marriott - Madison East, and Hampton Inn & Suites - East Towne Mall. We recommend arriving to Harvest Moon Pond 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow you adequate time to park and enjoy the venue space and scenery before the ceremony begins.

Attire for our wedding day is semi-formal cocktail attire. The colors for our wedding are neutral/natural so if you would like to follow that theme, please do so! To plan accordingly, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors. We ask that you do not wear jeans.

Although we love your kiddos, due the limited number of spots we have available for our guests, we are only able to extend the invitation to the children of close family. If your children are invited to the wedding, they will be included when you RSVP.

We have a limited number of invitations available. Your invitation will be addressed to you and a guest if we have room available.

Yes! We will be serving Mission BBQ buffet style. There will be vegetarian options available. Dessert will follow!

After cocktail hour, we will have an open cash bar with hosted cocktails, beer, and wine until we run out.

Yes! We will have a gift table available if you wish to bring your gift to the wedding.

We will not have an after party after the reception ends. The reception will end at 10:30pm and guests will be asked to leave the venue by 11:00pm.

The venue asks that your car be picked up by 9:00am the next morning if you choose to leave it there overnight. It will be towed if it is not picked up by then. Our venue is hosting another wedding the day after ours!

We kindly ask that you wait to post pictures until we have the opportunity to post them ourselves!
