Ally is Emily's little sister and they share such a special sister bond. Both Ally and Emily are Elementary Education majors at Old Dominion University, which has allowed them to ride together to classes, which is something they will never forget! They love to get coffee together and talk about anything and everything! Fun fact: Ally already has "her room" picked out in Emily and Allen's new house!

Emily and Christian first met briefly in 2018, through Christian's husband, Shawn. Christian officially moved to Virginia in 2019, and they have been besties ever since! Emily and Christian share the same love for many things including thrifting, regency romance books, and even share the same coffee order! They are most excited about being "neighbors" and living only 2 minutes away from each other when Emily and Allen get married!!

Taylor and Emily have known each other since the 2nd grade, equaling 15 years of friendship! They have been through basically every phase of life together and are so thankful for the bond that they still share today! They share many memories, with their favorites being swimming in Nana's pool, sleepovers, dinner and game nights and their most favorite, attending Taylor Swift's Era's Tour!!

Claire and Emily have known each other for about 13 years and have a such a special bond that has allowed them to support each other in a sweet friendship for a long time! They are also teacher besties, as both Emily and Claire are Elementary Education majors! Other favorite memories include eating a lot of Mexican food and pasta at their Thursday night dinners!

Laray and Emily met through Allen in 2022, and while they have not been friends for long, they share such a sweet and uplifting friendship that will last a lifetime! They even consider themselves "sisters in law", as Laray is like a sister to Allen. They love to try new things together including making candles, making soap and painting at sunset! Fun fact: Emily was the one who held Laray's hand while she got her first tattoo!

Jordan and Emily met in 6th grade at Portsmouth Christian School and attended youth group at Emily's church for many years together! They have a special tradition of a Thanksgiving sleepover, and Black Friday shopping that has continued for 11 years now! Jordan and Emily share a favorite memory from May 2023, when they drove 6 hours to attend Taylor Swift's Era's Tour!

Trey and Allen met in middle school, and have been best friends ever since. In high school, they frequently went to basketball games together and in college, Allen visited Trey regularly at Liberty University! They enjoy listening to Post Malone together, and even went to see him in concert in 2023! They share a deep seated love for Cane’s and Taco Bell. Trey and Allen love football season, when they are able to relive their rivalry in fantasy football.

Shawn and Allen met in 2017 at church, when Shawn was interning with the student ministry! Their friendship has grown stronger as they continue to serve alongside each other in the student ministry today! They share some great memories from church camps, trips and events! Shawn, Christian, Emily and Allen love to have dinner/game nights together!!

Brandon and Allen met through Emily and Taylor, and while they haven’t known each other long, a natural friendship sparked from the beginning! They love to go golfing together, and most importantly, love talking about football. Their greatest memory together is when they drove 6 hours for the girls to see Taylor Swift, while they sat in the mall basically all day long together, eating food and exploring!

Kam and Allen technically met at summer camp in 2021, but got to know each other more later through Emily’s sister, Ally! One of their favorite memories together was the trip to Lake Gaston, when they were roomies for the weekend! They also share a deep love for Cane’s and enjoy going with each other when they can!

Campbell and Allen first met in middle school, but became much closer in high school! Campbell even lived with Allen for a short time, and although he lives in North Carolina now, they still stay connected. They bond regularly through movies, music and video games!

Kade and Allen first met when Kade’s family came to church, but got closer once Kade began coming to student ministry! They love to go fishing together, especially offshore fishing trips in the Outer Banks! They also both love country music and have spent a lot of time together at Friday night dinners!
