They will be on the same property, as you approach the venue down Kent Manor Dr you will bear right and park in the parking lot there (if driving). You will see the ceremony set up outside.

Please arrive no later than 4 PM, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM

The event will be cocktail attire, this would mean semi-formal attire including a suit for the men and either a cocktail or floor length dress for the women. Please Note: Our venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

The first shuttle leaves the Hilton at 3:25 PM and leaves the Hyatt at 3:30 PM. The second Shuttle leaves the Hilton at 3:55 PM and leaves the Holiday Inn at 4:00 PM If you are staying at the Best Western, please walk across the street for the Hilton stop. Shuttles from the venue to the The Jetty/ hotels run every 30 minutes beginning at 9:15 pm with until 10:45 pm. The Jetty will be providing a shuttle bus which will only go to the afterparty, not the hotels. Our shuttle will go to the hotels to make sure everyone gets back safely (the one not branded as the Jetty). The Hilton is directly next to the Jetty.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration aside from the wedding party. We hope this advanced notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

The Afterparty begins at 10:30 PM an The Jetty and we have a private space reserved with a cash bar. The bar is cash only, but there are other bars that take cards and there is an ATM on site. We will be paying the cover charge for our guests in advance, just say you’re with the Gerringer Wedding.
