When should we RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 12th, 2025 or as soon as you know whether or not you can join us!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
We are so excited to celebrate our wedding surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Yosemite! Please keep in mind that the entire event will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly!
What is the weather like this time of year?
Average temperatures range from 60s-70s during the day, and 40s-50s at night.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Our wedding will be semi-formal! Given the outdoor setting, we recommend layers and comfortable shoes as some areas might have uneven ground. For ladies, wedges or block heels are a great option. The Welcome BBQ will be casual attire.
Is there cell service?
Evergreen Lodge is located in a remote area of wooded land bordering Yosemite National Park, so cell phone service can be spotty. However, they do have Wi-Fi available in most areas throughout the property! If you choose to go into Yosemite Valley, please note that there is minimal service in the park! Please prepare by downloading offline maps before driving to Evergreen Lodge and Yosemite Valley.
Is there parking at Evergreen Lodge?
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Evergreen Lodge. Please follow the signs to the designated parking areas. If you’re staying on-site, you’ll be able to park close to your cabin!
Are children invited?
While we adore your little ones, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on invitation.
Are pets allowed?
We love you and your furbabies! Unfortunately, Evergreen Lodge only permits service animals.
Can we bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or extra family members unless otherwise noted. Please view your RSVP for names included on your invitation.
Do we need a Yosemite National Park reservation/entry pass?
Nope! The events of the wedding weekend are all located at Evergreen Lodge, which is outside of Yosemite National Park. This includes the Saturday night welcome dinner, wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday, and farewell breakfast on Monday. If you do plan to go into the Park, you should not need a reservation for October as it is off-peak season, but will need to pay the entry fee ($35 per vehicle) unless you have an Annual Pass
