We met on March 24, 2023, and I know that because I had a head cold and Emily had a Starbucks tea that could fix it. Like most of the best things in life, we can point to a date on the calendar when our relationship began, but in many ways it feels like it has always been. We always were going to meet, we always were going to fall in love, choose each other time and time again, and we always were going to pursue whatever the Lord laid before us. God has given us so many things, but if all we had was Him, we would have enough. Our story is only beginning, and we cannot wait to see what other things we “always were going to” do in life.
