We love your little ones, but please be aware that our event is limited in capacity and we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years old. In addition, we request that you do not bring additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. We kindly ask that you please only bring the guests named on the invitation.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on a paved area by the pond, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors with patio access. Guests will walk on gravel and mulch pathways to get to and from the ceremony and reception area.

After entering the Cedar Valley Forest front gates and driving up the lane there is a gravel parking lot located on your left, just before the reception barn. It’s ok to leave your car overnight no later than noon the next day, if needed. Carpooling or ridesharing is encouraged if able. Closer to the wedding day we will provide a promo code for discounted ride fares home from the wedding through the rideshare service. Be sure to check with your hotel if a shuttle service is available.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time (4:00pm) to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (a short walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony “unplugged” and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony itself. However, you are welcome to take as many photos and videos as you would like the rest of the evening.
