What started out as a Facebook Dating conversation has become a happily ever after. Their story began in June of 2023 when they found each other on Facebook Dating. They had started chatting and the same day decided to go to karaoke. That night sparks flew. It was an automatic connection. They played some pool and sang some songs. Til this day Aaron will say that he fell in love with Emily the first time he heard her sing which was their first date. They stayed up late getting to know each other and making plans to see each other again. After that night they became inseparable, seeing each other almost every day. Less than two weeks later they were boyfriend and girlfriend. Since then they have moved in, became avid poker players, took a trip to Disney World and made countless fond memories.

On December 13, 2023, they were having a morning chat in the kitchen after Aaron just came home from going gift shopping. Emily was telling Aarom how she had been looking at wedding venues just to think ahead but that she hoped that was not too much for him. Aaron said that was not too much for him and pulled out an engagement ring. Emily said, "oh my god really?" as she started to tear up. Aaron said, "Yeah, will you marry me?" Emily said yes, hell yes. They held and kissed each other as Buffy, their corgi, sat by their feet.
