RSVPs will be accepted via our wedding website here at the Knot. Once formal invitations are sent, you will be able to RSVP online.

Due to guest count limits, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions.

We need to provide our vendors and venue a final guest count a month prior to the wedding. We ask that you please RSVP by July 1st so we are able to inform our team on time. If you do not provide your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as “not attending.”

The Cork Factory Hotel has a large parking lot that will be available for free parking. Please use this area when you arrive!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening with the exception of those children in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We have an amazing photographer who will be capturing our day for everyone to enjoy! We ask that you put your phones/cameras away and celebrate with us fully present in the ceremony!

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to assure you are able to take your seat on time!

We ask that everyone wear cocktail/semi-formal attire! Think cocktail dresses/tea-length/floor length dresses and suit/tie or sports coats! From start to finish, our day will take place within temperature controlled rooms so no need to worry about the August heat!

If you are traveling in Thursday evening please join us for Welcome Drinks after our rehearsal dinner! Time TBD, and we will have a separate RSVP on the formal wedding invitation. Welcome drinks will be in The Warehouse (building across the parking lot from the hotel), and we can’t wait to start the celebration early! Lastly, join the groom squad for a wedding day shakeout run! Wedding Day Run Club (WDRC) will meet in the Cork Factory Hotel lobby at 9am, and we will have 3 and 6 mile routes (twist Jon’s arm for more) followed by coffee and pastries in the groom’s suite. Let’s kick the day off right!
