How do I RSVP?

You can easily RSVP right here on our website! Simply navigate to the RSVP tab.

When should I RSVP by?

Please be sure to RSVP by April 9th, 2024, so we can save a spot just for you! Earlier is always appreciated!

What is the dress code?

If you are attending our wedding, we request you wear semi-formal attire. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit and tie or a light dress shirt with khakis or other semi-formal slacks. We also suggest that women wear an evening gown or midi/knee-length cocktail dress. **Feel free to be creative with your outfit, just please be sure no white!

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our close family and friends, but if you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

Is parking available?

There is plenty of parking available at the venue, however we do recommend carpooling if you plan on drinking.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a limited bar, serving select beer, wine, and fun signature cocktails!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. However, the venue has several options for indoor alternatives if it rains, or if you just want to step inside for a bit!

Can I bring my children?

Children outside of the wedding party will not be allowed at the ceremony. We want everyone, including parents to have a fun and stress free evening. However, we understand that childcare can be hard to find. We will be providing childcare, hosted by a licensed professional, for the ceremony and reception so that you can truly enjoy the evening with us! Because of this, we kindly ask that you be sure to include your children on your RSVP so we can accommodate them.

I'm traveling, is there a place to stay nearby?

We recommend the La Quinta Inn and Suites as it is just 10 minutes from the venue. However, there are plenty of options in Chattanooga for rooming.

What are some things to do in Chattanooga while I'm there?

If you have some spare time, we recommend the Aquarium, (fun fact: Ethan proposed to Emily at the butterfly garden in the Tennessee aquarium!), Lookout Mountain, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. If you are traveling with kids, we also recommend the Creative Discovery Museum!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and 'hors d'oeuvre.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "not attending." While we will miss you celebrating with us, we have to provide our venue and vendors with the total guest count by the date they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this reason. Thank you for understanding!

Can we take our own pictures & videos throughout the day?

Our ceremony will be unplugged. For this, we ask that all cellphones be put away and silenced. This is such a special day for us, and we have an amazing photographer, so we would like everyone to be present and in the moment with us! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception.
