We have reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn for your convenience. You can book a room for any night between Thursday, October 16, 2025, and Monday, October 20, 2025. Please note that the room block will close on October 1, 2025, so be sure to book early to secure your spot!

Transportation

We are happy to provide shuttle service to and from the wedding for those who are staying at the hotel!

• Shuttles will depart from the hotel at 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM to take guests to the venue.

• To help everyone arrive on time and get settled, we kindly ask that guests take the 4:00 PM shuttle if possible.

• At the end of the evening, shuttles will bring guests back to the hotel.

If you prefer to drive, you are more than welcome to do so. Valet parking will be available at the venue.

Hotel Recommendations in Downtown Tampa City

These hotels are further from the venue (about 20 minutes), but if you are looking to stay in downtown and don't mind the distance these are great options. Robert and Emily love spending time in downtown, there are endless things to do!
