It was Emily's 29th birthday on the 29th of June so she wanted to do a sunset booze cruise to celebrate. Little did she know that's not the only thing they'd be celebrating! A few of their friends loaded up in a party bus to make their way downtown. As soon as they arrived, Emily saw a bunch of their friends and their family lined up to load the boat. Everything was normal until Emily asked Brock to take a picture and he told her "NO". Emily said to her friend Lilley "Do you think he's mad at me? Did I say something to upset him?" Emily approached Brock and he said "No, the captain said that there was something in the water and it wasn't the right time to take a good picture. Let's wait!" Then, he continued to avoid her. About an hour of socializing with friends and family passes and all of the sudden Brock & Emily's song "Cover Me Up" starts playing from the live guitar player. The two took a smiling photo toward the front of the boat. Brock tells Emily, "Ok, now let's take one facing the water!" and he turns her around. At this point, a confused Emily started running all the things through her head..

Emily turns around and is met by Brock on one knee with the most perfect question to ask.

Little did Emily know that Brock had the ring in his pocket ready to pop the question two other times in the night, but the captain really did tell him "NOT YET" in order for the sunset to be in the most perfect spot for the proposal. No wonder he kept avoiding her!

It was a perfect, beautiful night and the two could not have been any happier to be able to celebrate right then and there with friends and family.
