IMPORTANT THINGS ALL GUESTS SHOULD KNOW
HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope.
Kindly RSVP before Friday, September 6th, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'NO' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TRY TO RSVP AFTER THE DUE DATE?
As mentioned earlier, any RSVPs received after the due date will be marked as 'NO' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated when you RSVP online. When you go to RSVP, you will see whether or not you have the option to bring a guest.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We encourage our guests to view this occasion as an opportunity for an adult date night. However, we recognize that arranging childcare might not always be feasible, especially for those guests with young children who are traveling from out of town. If you would like to bring your children, please contact the bride and groom directly!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes! The dress code is cocktail attire. For the men we recommend a suit and tie. For the women we recommend a cocktail dress or dress pants and a blouse. No jeans please!
WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there will also be plenty of outdoor space for guests to relax in.
WHAT DO I DO IF I'M LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 2:30pm-3:00pm so there is time to walk or ride the shuttle to the chapel, mingle, and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so keep calm and we will see you there! Thank you for understanding!
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! There are also shuttles available for guests who do not want to or who are not able to walk from the entrance to the ceremony and reception locations.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes! There is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL AT THE WEDDING?
The Bride and Groom have chosen to have a dry wedding. We are delighted to share this special day with you! In accordance with our venue's policy we ask that no alcoholic beverages are brought to the wedding or served to ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all of us.
