Airport
Orange County (SNA) is the easiest airport to fly into, puts you close to where we live, and is 2 hours drive from Idyllwild.
Ontario (ONT) is also a good option but has few flights.
Los Angeles (LAX) has the most flight options but is further away and can be a headache.
Accommodations
There are not many traditional hotels in Idyllwild, but there are lots of Airbnb and VRBO options. I would suggest booking earlier to get the best option for you.
If you would rather stay down the mountain there are hotel options, but please drive safe as it will be dark and windy.
