We would love our friends and family to dress up with us! We are requesting formal/semi-formal dress code for our wedding.

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm PST. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Parking is located in the front and back of St. Joseph Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church. Parking in the lot off of Sahara Avenue is closer to the main building of the church.

Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00pm PST in the Cascade Room Patio at the JW Marriott. Please arrive at that time and get to know your new family and friends. Reception will follow immediately after at 6:00pm.

The JW Marriott offers free valet and self parking on site.

The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held at the Cascade Room at the JW Marriott. It is located in "The Promenade" directly in between the "Palms Tower" and the "Rampart Casino". The entrance to the Cascade Room is next to the Starbucks.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your wedding invitation and appear when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

While we love your little ones, our wedding and reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We ask that you kindly turn off your phone during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have a professional photographer on hand to capture all of the special moments and are excited to share their photos with you!

October in Vegas is not too hot, and not too cold. All you need is a light jacket!

The Ceremony will be indoors, the Cocktail Hour will be outdoors, and the Reception will be indoors with access to the patio.

With the Ceremony ending around 3:00pm, and Cocktail Hour beginning at 5:00pm, you'll have a little free time Saturday afternoon. Use this time however suits you, rest up, snack, gamble. It's Vegas ain't it!? You can find ideas and recommendations on our "Things to Do" tab.
