The shuttle will start run twice from the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg-Hershey at 2:45PM and 3:35PM with the ceremony beginning at 4PM. There is a google form sign up for both shuttles. If you didn't sign up, please contact us ASAP. The shuttle will stay at the venue until end of ceremony and make trips back to the hotel as needed. Approximate departure times at the end of the night will be 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, and 1:00!

Wear what makes you feel good! If you're more of a pants kind of person, jacket and tie requested. If you're more of a dress kind of person, go for cocktail attire. If you're feeling fancier, go for a floor length dress.

If you have a guest, they will be listed on your invitation. If the person listed can't come, please let us know and don't bring anyone else. We have additional guests we would like to include if there are unused seats.

No. While we love your kiddos, we would not like them to attend the wedding. This is an adult only evening and there will be lots of alcohol flowing. Please leave the children at home.

We booked a wedding block at the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg-Hershey for $214/night. There are several other hotels nearby if you choose to stay somewhere else. The shuttle will only run between the Courtyard and the venue, so make sure you coordinate getting between the Courtyard and your hotel or have a designated driver. We want to make sure everyone that plans to drink has a ride! If the wedding block is full let us know so we can request more rooms.
