Wedding Ceremony

Fort William Henry - Carriage HouseFriday, June 27th, 20255:00-5:30pm Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn adjacent to the Carriage House overlooking Lake George. Please arrive early to take your seat as the ceremony will promptly begin at 5:00pm. Hoping for beautiful weather. However, if the skies open up, contingency plan will be inside the Carriage House.

Cocktail Hour and Reception

Fort William Henry - Carriage House Friday, June 27th, 2025 5:30-10:30pm   Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place on the patio of the Carriage House overlooking Lake George. At approximately 6:30pm, we will move into the Carriage House where you will be seated for dinner. We will have a live band and are excited to have you to join us in dancing the night away!

The wedding will take place in Lake George Village. We have listed some hotels that are nearby; however, there are plenty of lodging options in the village that are within walking to the venue. PLEASE BOOK EARLY as this is during the summer season and hotel lodging does book up quickly!

Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center

This property is located directly across the street from the Fort William Henry Hotel and is within walking distance to the Carriage House. We have reserved an additional block of 10 rooms for Thursday night and Friday night, and then a block of 5 rooms extending through Saturday night. For this block, you do need to book a minimum 2-night stay. Please reserve prior to cut-off date of May 26th, 2025. Directions to Venue: From the North: Take I-87 south to Exit 21. Take a left off the exit and then a left onto Canada Street. Continue straight for one mile until you reach the Fort William Henry Hotel on the right. From the South: Take I-87 north to Exit 21. Take a right off the exit and then a left onto Canada Street. Continue straight for one mile until you reach the Fort William Henry Hotel on the right.

The Fort William Henry Hotel is roughly an hour north of the airport via I-87.

February 2021 - Gabe reached out to Emily on Hinge saying that "she was too much fun for him". Emily was intrigued and first date was had at the bar, Junior's, after the original plan of City Line Grill in Albany was thwarted by COVID! May 2021 - Gabe and Emily continued to go on dates and had a great time! That's when Gabe's dog, Tucker was adopted. Emily couldn't say no to being a possible dog step-mother and the relationship became official soon after. Fun fact - we know how old our relationship is based on how old Tucker is! January 2022 - Gabe and Emily continued having fun dating. Gabe became invested (partly his own will and partly her insistence) in Emily's house searching process! Little did he know, he would be moving into said future house! Emily and Gabe also took a great skiing adventure to Breckenridge that is soon becoming a tradition! February 2023 - Emily added her dog, Dottie, to the family, and the tables were now turned. Gabe was now a dog step-father and Tucker got a new play pal! September 2023 - Gabe officially moved in with Emily under the agreement the basement became his man cave! August 2024 - Emily and Gabe, along with Emily's sister Meghan and brother-in-law, Simon, went to the Finger Lakes to enjoy Emily's birthday. Unbeknownst to her, Gabe had a ring in his pocket the entire time and proposed at sunset on the deck at the rented lakefront home at Seneca Lake. Of course Emily said yes, after she computed what was happening! June 2025 - Emily and Gabe get married and start the rest of their lives together with their two pups!
