Where to Eat
One of their favorite things to do together is to go out and try new restaurants around town. Here are some of Garrett and Emily’s recommendations:
Denver Biscuit Co. - We love Denver Biscuit Company for their delicious biscuit brunch plates and breakfast cocktails.
Sassafras - Sassafras serves southern style breakfast and lunch plates, along with cocktails and milkshakes. Sassafras accepts reservations during the week.
Snooze - Snooze serves breakfast and lunch at several locations around town, and all of them will have a wait, but their pancake flight is always worth the wait!
Candela Latin Kitchen - Candela has an amazing breakfast burrito for brunch and delicious empanadas and drinks for lunch/dinner.
Prosper Oats - Prosper Oats offers a quick and healthy breakfast and coffee. This is one of Emily's favorite spots.
Pinche Tacos Tequila Whiskey - We love their tacos.
Comida at the Source - More great tacos and the most amazing watermelon jalapeño margarita!
Machete Tequila + Tacos - Even more delicious tacos and margaritas! The wait times can get long during the dinner hours, so a reservation is recommended.
Avanti Food and Beverage - Avanti has a variety of dining options with a great view of downtown Denver.
Hopdoddy Burger Bar - We love their burgers, and they have great happy hour deals.
My Brother's Bar - The building and bar have been around since the 1870s, and the no-frill burgers are excellent.
Ale House - The Ale House has tasty burgers and sandwiches and a large beer selection.
Linger Linger serves amazing global small plates with many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. A reservation is a must unless you are taking advantage of their happy hour.
Root Down - Root Down, the sister restaurant of Linger, serves delicious American small-plates with locally-sourced ingredients and has some excellent vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. A reservation is recommended.
Ragin' Hog BBQ - Hands down, our favorite bbq!
Little Man Ice Cream - Little Man serves rotating, delicious flavors of ice cream out of a 28 ft. tall cream can. We recommend trying one of their salted flavors, such as salted Oreo or salted maple pecan. Don't let the long line scare you away!

FAQ
Where can I park for the ceremony and reception?
If you are planning on driving to the ceremony, you can enter The Denver Athletic Club parking garage on the corner of 14th Street and Welton Street. The cost to park in the garage is $15 per vehicle or $25 to park overnight. When you exit the garage, please tell the parking attendant that you are a wedding guest to make sure you are charged the discounted rate. Parking spaces are limited, so please plan to carpool.
If you are being dropped off at The Denver Athletic Club, the main entrance is on Glenarm Place.
What is the best way to get around town?
Parking in downtown Denver can be tricky, so taking a Lyft or an Uber is always a great option. Denver also has a great light rail system!
