Our Wedding

We both swiped right on a dating site called “bumble” in May of 2021. Eric had the paid subscription so he knew that Emily liked him before she did. Emily being the frugal person she is, didn’t want to pay $25 for the lifetime paid subscription, even though Eric says it was the best $25 he ever spent. Now, Emily is glad Eric splurged for his only exception.

Where it bee-gan

The first meeting

After some un-beelievable bumble exchanges we decided to meet in Melrose, unaware how much our lives would change course over the next three years. At a quaint Mexican restaurant called "El Portal", we chatted awkwardly about everything from values (Emily) to lawn watering (Eric). By the end of our lovely walk though town we both knew there was something special in the warm June air, both hoping the other felt the same.

We are asking guests attire to be dressy casual. We suggest the following: dresses or lightweight separates, light dress shirt/pants, bow ties optional but would definitely get style points from the bride and groom!
