Started dating in 8th grade, Emily broke up with him because someone dared her to. She ended up regretting this obviously, but thankfully this all works out in the end.

Best friends throughout high school - always cheering each other on.

Started dating the end of Emily's senior year of high school, even though she was headed off to college.

They spent all summer together, not knowing the road map they had ahead.

Emily & Dave went to Prom together in 2017.

They watched each other graduate high school. Emily is almost a year into college now, doing long distance. But in the summer, nothing beat when Emily go to come home to be with David.

They moved in with each other in Muncie while Emily attended classes at Ball State University.

Emily graduated Ball State in December of 2019, and David was right by her side. She got a job at WTHR in Indianapolis, and David never blinked an eye and made the move with her.

David and Emily moved to Indianapolis not knowing the pandemic ahead - but they stayed healthy and happy. Staying in touch with as many people as they could. Moving to a city is scary in the first place!

David and Emily went on their first vacation together to Key West.

Emily and David got Jaxx during the pandemic - They found him on Facebook as "Free Kitchen Tile" and quickly fell in love with him. He is apart of their family, and to say he is spoiled is an understatement.

On May 7th, 2022, Dave got down on one knee at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and proposed to Emily. This was the 2nd time attending the "Rev Indy" event for the couple, and we fell in love with the people and event the first year they attended.

David and Emily made it a mission to connect with as many people and local businesses throughout Indianapolis. Since the pandemic made them feel like they couldn't meet the people in their community, they have made it a goal to reach out and meet as many people as they could. This has made their life filled with happiness, knowing how many amazing people there are here in Indy.

Dave and Em are still currently in Indianapolis, wedding planning and extremely excited for their next chapter in life - together.
