Clare is one of Emily's closest friends who she has known since their high school days. Despite spending some of friendship long distance when going to college and their grad school programs, they catch each other up on their lives through FaceTime. Clare knows more about Emily than she does herself.. like when they go to Panera for breakfast and she has to order her coffee for her because Emily didn't know how to order it. Emily is beyond thankful for their friendship.

Tommy is a great friend of Sam's. After doing theatre together in high school, both Sam and Tommy went to Xavier University, and then lived together after college. At Tommy's wedding the only women he danced with were his wife, his mom, and Emily. Tommy is incredibly dependable, super organized, and funny. Sam is grateful to have him as his best man.

Emily met Emma in their semi-athletic days when they played field hockey their freshman year of high school. Despite being slow runners, they became fast friends. Emily spent every weekend of high school hanging out at Emma's house where they had lots of fun, drinks, and may or may not remember the weekends.

Sam and Steve go way back to freshman year of high school when they became best friends. Though since distance has separated the two, they remain closer than ever and act like giggly 13 year old's when you put them together. There is no finer friend than Steve.

Emily and Tori played field hockey together their freshman year. Tori and Emily spent most of their time together in high school, some would say they were partners in crime. Tori and Emily have been to more concerts together than they could count. Fun fact, Tori used to be Emily's go to hair & make artist as she would do it every weekend before going anywhere.

Sam and Harrison met in English class freshman year of high school and have been close since. Both love to woodwork, drink bourbon, and discuss the finer points of geopolitical affairs. Harrison and Sam were roommates for 5 years together after college, sadly Harrison's incredible intelligence never wore off on Sam. Fun fact: Sam once beat Harrison in chess and will never let him forget it

Hannah was one of the first people Emily met at college their freshman year where they joined a sorority together and spent the rest of their college years with each other. Ask Emily about her early mornings when they lived together when Han would wake her up everyday at 5 before going to rotc training. BUT despite those early mornings Hannah became a nurse in the army.. so those early mornings amounted to something, right?

Flynn and Sam met in the halls of St. X and their shared interests turned into a lifelong friendship. Flynn's service in the Navy has left him with a lifetime's worth of stories and is perhaps the most dependable friend on Earth. Sam and Flynn can often be found together at parties discussing niche topics most people find totally uninteresting.

Julia and Emily went to high school and college together where they lived across the street from each other at Bellarmine (just ask Julia to see the video of her scaring Emily when she was cutting through their driveway to go home on the way back to class). Julia and Emily bond over their love for all things Taylor Swift.

Zack and Sam became friends back in high school and through years of inside jokes and seeing each other sporadically, they finally lived in the same city again until Zack moved to Florida. Zack is desperately trying to fix Sam's golf game to what can be best described as mixed results. Zack's humor and wit are only matched by his intelligence and compassion.

Megan and Emily went to high school and college together (where they lived across the street from each other). Megan and Emily bond over their love of anything and everything about pop culture news. Megan spent 20 years dancing and is a retired collegiate dancer who is ready to bust a move on the reception dance floor.

Kevin and Sam met freshman year at Xavier University. The two bonded over their less-than-cool cellphones and became great friends. After living together for two years in college, Kevin has a lot of funny stories about Sam, many to Sam's chagrin. Kevin's mind is a steel trap and the man is a walking encyclopedia and can make any crowd laugh. Kevin is an all around great guy.

Soph is Emily's little from their sorority days. Emily and Soph bond over their love for all things reality tv - they think they are the Kardashians and even had a sorority theme where they dressed up as them. Emily is thankful to have spent her college days with Soph (where Soph thought about transferring to closer to home her freshman year & Emily told her no).

Chris and Sam met the very first day at Xavier University in their orientation group and have been friends since. Chris is an incredibly loyal person, probably stemming from him being a Cleveland sports fan. The two lived together for 2 years at Xavier and could usually be found playing videogames after class when they should have been studying. Chris's dashing good looks are rivaled only by his quick humor.

Tony is Sam's older brother by 20 months. While the two had many different interests growing up, Sam always seemed to find himself trying things after seeing his big brother do well at them. Tony and Sam definitely act like brothers but luckily they've matured out of trying to beat each other up (Sam would win though). The two love each other and are always there for one another as each other's oldest friend. Tony is a great man and even better brother.

Brennan is Emily's little brother, even though he's taller than her. Sam met Brennan shortly after Sam started dated Emily and Sam is forever grateful to Brennan for welcoming him into the family, even if Sam is a UK fan. Brennan's knowledge on all things sports related is extraordinary. Brennan is incredibly passionate, intelligent, and kind and Sam is beyond excited to have him as his Brother-in-law

Alex and Sam became friends living together after college. Sam taught Alex how to cook, read, and tie his shoes. Alex and Sam bonded quickly over their love for UK football, even though Alex has moved to Virginia to become a full-time ambulance chasing lawyer, the two still commiserate over the Wildcats. Alex would give anyone the shirt off his back and is just an incredibly genuine person.

Sean and Sam met at Xavier University, however the two were not friends at first, possible due to some slight property damage on Sam's part at Sean's expense. However, the two became great friends their Junior year and have continued that bond since. Sean is an exceptionally smart and caring man filled with passion while also being hysterically quick-witted. Sean has also requested we refer to him as head of security for the wedding.

Cullen and Sam became friends at Xavier University over a shared love of Ireland and both being hairy guys. Cullen has an infectious laugh and will charm every person at the wedding. Cullen is a mountain of fun (literally, he played D1 basketball) but he is also an extraordinarily kindhearted and thoughtful man.
