How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP through this website by visiting the tab labeled RSVP. Type your full name into the text block and press "find your invitation." If you are unable to find/ access it please text (256)289-3502 with your full name and issue you are having. We request you RSVP by the latest April 5th. Thanks!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people/names you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding. If you are still confused as to who is invited please message the number provided below.

Are children welcome?

Although we do love all your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate infants, toddlers, and children. This will be an adults only wedding and reception, so get your dancing shoes on. We encourage you to see this as an opportunity to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself and appreciate you making prior arrangements for childcare.

Is there a dress code?

We would love for everyone to participate in our theme! The dress code is Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire. If you are still unsure of what to wear please refer to the reference photos shown below!

What to wear females: floral, spring colors or pastel dresses/ skirts/ jumpsuits/ rompers. Dresses can be floor-length, tea-length, midi, or short.
What to wear males: light colored suits, dress shirts/ button down shirts, khakis

In summary.. anything spring related would be great!

Please avoid wearing white, dark colors, and jeans! Thank you!


Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both will be outdoors, although the reception will be in a covered area. Please dress appropriately for the weather!

how does the seating work?

The ceremony and reception will be open seating, feel free to sit wherever!

what do I do if i'm late for the ceremony?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm We recommend guests arrive between 3:30-3:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception!

Will there be alcohol?

This venue allows only beer and wine which will be provided to guests at an open bar. No outside alcohol will be allowed so please refrain from bringing any outside alcohol inside the venue! Thank you!

Is there parking available at the venue?

yes there will be a sign that directs parking!

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" please avoid having phones and cameras out and silence your ringers. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share the photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take/post as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there a hotel to book at?
