Dune House Hotel & Spa, previously One Ocean Resort & Spa, is the preferred hotel and the closest to our reception venue, just 1.6 miles from Atlantic Beach Country Club. Located on the shores of Atlantic Beach and in the heart of the Beaches Town Center, it’s a beautiful spot to stay and enjoy the area.

We have a room block for our guests on April 17–18 (available for one or two nights). To receive the negotiated rate, you may book in one of two ways:

The discounted rate is $199 + tax and also includes FREE valet parking (normally $40/day) and NO amenity fee (typically $40/day).

When you click the booking link, you may see a rate of $248 displayed at the top of the page. Please disregard this number. Due to a system limitation, the hotel is unable to update that figure on the front-facing page. Your confirmed room rate will be reflected in the blue text at the bottom of the booking page, which will show the correct rate of $199 + tax.

The hotel has confirmed that all reservations made within our block are correctly booked at the $199 rate on their end.
