Logan and Emily met through Instagram on July 6th, 2023. Just 100 days later, they were engaged. On that special morning, Logan planned a Megalodon tooth ‘hunt’ for Eli, Emily’s four-year-old son, on Topsail Beach in Surf City. Logan had previously purchased one of these large teeth from a local small business for the occasion. Armed with shovel and rake, Eli eagerly scoured the beach for the rare dino-shark teeth while Emily enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipped her coffee, completely oblivious to Logan’s impending proposal. Moments after Eli ‘found’ the pre-positioned tooth, Logan dropped to one knee and the hidden photography team sprang into action. Emily enthusiastically said 'yes' and teased Logan about why he waited so long!
