Jared and I were introduced by my cousin and his friend Caleb in 2020. Caleb messaged me and told me that Jared Wiford was going to add me on Snapchat (I know very Gen Z of us) and that I needed to add him back... so I did... and four years later here we are!!

Jared proposed while we were snowboarding at Ober Mountain in Gatlinburg. Jared was in front of me when going down one of the hills and had stopped at the bottom to rest. I came down after him because I had wiped out about a hundred times on my way down. Jared had stopped under one of the snowblowers and snow was going all over us so I started to scoot down so that it wasn't blowing all over me. Jared then asks "where are you going," not knowing that he was about to ask me THE QUESTION!! He then slid down beside me on both knees with his snowboard still attached and asked me!
