Please arrive no later than 5:00 pm. Our ceremony will start at 5:30 pm.
Where can I find the registry?
Our registry is on the same website under the "registry" tab! Your presence is great, but if you feel led to help us buy some new things for our home, it would be greatly appreciated!! We decided to make it easy for the ones who are traveling who cannot bring a gift on a plane to be able to directly buy it from amazon and it will be delivered right to our address. What city is the venue at?
The venue is in Muskogee OK which is about 45-1 hours from the Tulsa/Bixby area. Plan to carpool with people you know going to help reduce number of cars!
Where should I stay?
To help with your stay, we've compiled a list of great hotels near the airport, which you can find under the 'Travel and Rental Cars' tab on our website. If you prefer something different, such as an Airbnb or Vrbo, there are plenty of options in the area as well. We hope this helps make your visit as comfortable as possible!
Where are the hotel's location?
We’ve provided a list of recommended hotels in Tulsa and Bixby, both conveniently located near the airport. Our venue is in Muskogee, which is approximately 45 minutes to an hour from Tulsa and Bixby. If you prefer to stay in Muskogee, that's perfectly fine as well. However, we haven’t included any hotels in Muskogee on our website, so you would need to explore options there independently.
What do I do about transportation?
While Uber and Lyft are great options, if you prefer to rent a car, that's entirely up to you and your travel companions! We’ve listed some affordable rental car options at Tulsa International Airport under the 'Travel and Rental Cars' tab for your convenience.
Are kids welcome?
We'd love for everyone to enjoy a stress-free celebration with us, and we would prefer if you could take this opportunity to make it a fun date night. However, if traveling without your little one isn't possible, we completely understand. Just let us know personally, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What date do I need to RSVP by and what name do I look up to RSVP??
Please try to RSVP by December 1, 2024.
When you come to our website to RSVP, you will RSVP the names on the invitation that was sent to you.
Example: "Johnson Family" or "Carol Sanchez and Dan Sanchez"
What happens if I don't RSVP?
If we don't receive an RSVP from you, we'll assume you're unable to attend, and no meal will be provided. Please make sure to include the exact number of guests coming with you. If the guest you want to bring is not listed on the invitation, contact Jaden or Emily for clarification. If you don’t see your children on the invitation, it's because we want this to be an intimate wedding where you can focus entirely on enjoying the day! However, we can accommodate if you cannot travel without an infant or toddler.
What do I do if I cannot make it?
We are so sad you cannot make it but we understand! If you are unable to make it please still RSVP "no" so we plan accordingly.
Can I bring a plus one even though they did not recieve an invitation?
If we haven’t specifically mentioned that you can bring a guest, we likely made the decision not to extend a plus one. With the costs of a wedding, we want to ensure we can properly plan for everyone attending. We appreciate your understanding!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is parking at the venue BUT please do not park on the grass!!!
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside!
Do I need to be in dress code?
We're so excited to celebrate with you and would love for everyone to join in the spirit of the day by dressing according to the dress code. Your attention to this detail will help make our wedding even more special. Thanks for adding your own style to our celebration!
What will the weather be like in March in Oklahoma?
March can be rainy, or it can be a beautiful hot day. So be prepared for both just in case!
Will there be an open bar?
We have chosen not to have an open bar. An open bar can be quite expensive, and we wanted to allocate our budget toward other aspects of the wedding that are important to us, such as the food, décor, and entertainment. This way, we can create a more balanced and personalized experience for our guests.
