Scissortail Park is a 70-acre multipurpose park located in the heart of downtown OKC. The park is open daily from 6 am to 11 pm. It features a children's play area open until sunset.

Free and open to the public, Myriad Botanical Gardens provides 15 acres of ornamental gardens and grounds in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City, within walking distance to the Oklahoma City National Memorial, Scissortail Park, Oklahoma City Museum of Art and Bricktown. Visitors can enjoy a children’s garden and vintage carousel, shade gardens, tree and shrub collections, lake with terraced gardens and a diverse collection of ornamental flowering perennials and grasses.
Bricktown was once a warehouse neighborhood that has been thoughtfully restored into a vibrant entertainment district. There is a mile-long canal linking Bricktown with downtown and the Oklahoma River.
The water taxi tour takes passengers along the canal through Bricktown, passing by the historic Centennial Landrun monument.
Bricktown features several bars and restaurants, including Bricktopolis, a large bar and grill overlooking the canal featuring outdoor mini golf and an arcade.
