Lian is Emily's younger sister. She's been with Emily through all the good and all the bad. Lian and Emily like to have weekly calls after Lian gets off work, but Lian limits Emily to one phone call a day. While they've had issues like all siblings do, Emily and Lian have never been closer. Lian is thankful that Emily is not making her give a speech at the wedding, because she already had to give one at her best friend, Emily S's, wedding.

Makinna is Emily's best friend since 6th grade where they met in Science class and were partners in a lab. Emily had the hardest time pronouncing Makinna's name and every day Makinna had to slowly pronounce her name for the duration of the lab section. Makinna has always pushed Emily to be better and venture from her usual comforts.

From the beginning, even before we were engaged, Noah has insisted on being the official cake tester because of his love of cake and desserts. Besides desserts, Noah loves building Legos, riding his bike, playing with his pups and friends, and spending time outside.

The first time James met Michael, Michael accidentally hit James in the face with a wiffle ball and the two have been best friends ever since.

Baker and James attended AMP school together and worked together at Mountain Aviation.
