We know that not a single one of you lives in Delaware. For some of you this might be the only time you'll ever set foot in the state. So, we understand that this is not going to be the most convenient wedding for anyone to travel to. This makes us even more grateful for everyone who is able to make the trip out to celebrate with us!

Primary Accommodations

The Residence Inn by Marriott is our primary wedding hotel. All rooms are suite style with sofa bed and kitchenette. Ideal for sharing. As of May 1, our hotel room block has expired. This means discounted room rates are no longer available. Standard room rate accommodations remain available through the Marriott website. Contact Marty if any issues with hotel bookings.

While we'd love for all wedding guests to stay in the Residence Inn with us, we understand that you might have different needs and preferences. AIRPORTS

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): 2h 15min drive. Major airport with many flights and car rentals. Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): 2h 15min drive. Major hub with various flights and rentals. Slightly more scenic route. Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY): 45min drive. Smaller airport, closer to the resort, limited flights.

CAPE MAY-LEWES FERRY

Duration: 85 minutes. Route: Connects Cape May, NJ, with Lewes, DE. Offers views and potential wildlife sightings. Vehicle Transport: Cars allowed onboard for easy travel continuation. Amenities: Café, outdoor seating, gift shop. Post-Ferry: 30-minute drive to Bayside Resort from Lewes. How to Get There

Our wedding venue, Bayside Resort Golf Club, is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. With gorgeous views along the Assawoman Bay coastline and magnificent pine forests, Jack Nicklaus was inspired to create a course that would offer an incredibly unique golf experience. In his own words, Jack Nicklaus said, "Golfers at Bayside enjoy three distinctly different golf experiences all in one golf course. Some holes are richly tree-lined, others wind through marshland and still others boast wide-open fairways. It is our hope that Bayside is truly a memorable golf experience offering variety rarely found elsewhere." **NOTE: Public tee times are only available after 1pm on Fri/Sat. Wed/Thurs may have more availability. Please call Bayside directly for more info. There are many other nice public golf courses in the area if looking to play on Friday.

A highlight of Bethany Beach, the boardwalk offers a delightful blend of seaside charm. Enjoy ocean views, shop for unique souvenirs, savor delicious treats from local eateries, and catch live music or events that often take place during the summer months.

Nestled between Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, this state park boasts serene beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and surf fishing. The park's bay side is great for paddleboarding and windsurfing, offering equipment rentals for those interested.
