What time should I arrive to San Jose Catholic Church for the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 2:00pm as that is when the ceremony starts and make sure to observe silence while in the church.

What is the dress code?

We cannot wait to celebrate with you on our special day! The wedding dress code is formal attire. Please wear a suit of any color, nice cocktail dress, or pantsuit.

Can I take pictures/live stream during the ceremony?

We appreciate your excitement for our wedding, however, we want to make sure the photographers and cinematographers we have hired are able to get the best possible shots of our ceremony. That being said we request that you hold off on taking any pictures and videos during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want at the cocktail hour and reception!

Where/when do I RSVP?

You will be able to RSVP on this website once you receive your invitation. Please RSVP by August 24th, so we can finalize all the details. Thank you so much!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please let us know when you RSVP—there’s a section where you can note any dietary needs so we can plan accordingly.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one or children?

We’d love to celebrate with all our favorite people, but unless your invitation includes a plus-one or your children, please do not bring them.

Can I receive Holy Communion?

Holy Communion is reserved only for Catholics in a state of grace. Because we believe that the Eucharist is the body, blood, soul, and divinity of Jesus Christ and not merely a symbol, we ask that respect be given to the sanctity of the Sacrament. Non-Catholics may not receive Holy Communion because of this, but we still encourage Non-Catholics to go up to receive a blessing.
